How does wiseAlpha select investments for the platform?

In determining whether to list a Note on the wiseAlpha platform our experienced investment professionals carry out their own assessment of the company and credit quality of the underlying loans or bonds. This will include a detailed review of historic and forecast financials, a legal and structural review, an assessment of the company’s market position and its ability to repay its debt obligations on their maturity.

Whilst wiseAlpha carries out its own assessment of the companies you are responsible for assessing the risk of any investment you make. You should conduct your own assessment of each company and Note. If in doubt you should consult with an independent financial advisor.

Investing in wiseAlpha Notes involves risks including potential illiquidity and loss of investment. Our Notes are not deposit based or capital protected and are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. The interest rate on our products is not comparable to that of a bank savings account. See Risk Statement.
