What fees does WiseAlpha charge to members?

WiseAlpha Limited charges members an annual 1% Services Fee based on all amounts invested (which is passed to wiseAlpha Technologies Limited net of WiseAlpha Limited's operating costs). We deduct this fee on a proportionate basis each time an interest payment is received from the borrower. The fee is deducted from the interest payment proceeds at the same time (or immediately after) they are transferred into your account. The Services Fee is rounded to the nearest whole penny in your account.

In this way WiseAlpha only receives this Services Fee when interest has been earned by the member. In the event that a borrower suspends its interest payments or misses a capital repayment wiseAlpha does not charge the Services Fee until payments are resumed.

When members sell their investments (subject to demand), WiseAlpha charges members a 0.25% "Sale Fee" based on the principal amount of the Notes you sell. WiseAlpha will only charge a ‘Sale Fee' where your Notes are sold by way of reissuing an equivalent Note to a new or existing investor and we deduct this Sale Fee from the proceeds of the sale. Please be aware that at present there is no active secondary market for the sale and purchase of Notes. Liquidity of Notes on the WiseAlpha platform will be dependent on there being an available and willing buyer at the market price.
