Updating the bank accounts that are linked to your WiseAlpha account can be completed online in a few easy steps.
Step 1: After logging into your account, go to your Profile.
Step 2: At the bottom, beneath the "Personal Details" section there is a section titled Linked Accounts. Click Update bank account details for the account you wish to update.
Step 3: Enter the account number and sort code (for £ bank accounts) or IBAN and BIC SWIFT (for € bank accounts). The beneficiary name is the account name at the bank. You can only link a bank account to your WiseAlpha account that is in your name. Click Proceed.
Updates to bank account information typically take 1-2 working days to process but if further information is needed we will be in touch via email to ask you to upload a recent bank statement.
When uploading a bank statement, please make sure it displays the account name, account number and sort code (for £ bank accounts) or IBAN and BIC SWIFT (for € bank accounts). The statement needs to be dated in the last three months. We do not need to see any transaction information, so that part of the statement can be hidden.
