If a WiseAlpha investor sells their Notes on our secondary market, WiseAlpha charges them a 0.25% Sale Fee based on the principal amount of the Notes sold.

For accounts that use Robowise the Sale Fee is taken only when the investor wants to liquidate all or part of their portfolio. Transactions (buying and selling) employed by Robowise in order to diversify and maintain the portfolio do not incur Sales Fees.
