Credits are a gift from WiseAlpha to its clients which can be used on our platform. There are three types of credits.

Cash credits are spent when buying new investments.

Fees and Service Fees credits are used automatically to offset the account holder's Service and Sales Fees as they are due. Fees credits can offset Sales and Service Fees, while Service credits offset Service Fees only. These type of credits cannot be used to make investments.

Credits cannot be withdrawn from the WiseAlpha platform.
