What are the terms of the Notes?

Each Note has different interest rates, maturities and specific terms. You can view the summary terms of each Note by clicking on each company listed in the Invest page and reviewing the section on the terms of the Note in the company description page.

The final sale price of the Note may not always reflect the price at which wiseAlpha Limited acquires its interest in the relevant underlying loan or bond. wiseAlpha Limited may on occasion acquire the underlying loan or bond at a discount to the price at which it offers the Note for sale to members. An example of this would be wiseAlpha Limited purchasing an underlying loan from a Selling bank at 99 during an early syndication round and then placing it for sale on the wiseAlpha platform at 100.

Investing in wiseAlpha Notes involves risks including potential illiquidity and loss of investment. Our Notes are not deposit based or capital protected and are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. The interest rate on our products is not comparable to that of a bank savings account. See Risk Statement.
